Which European countries can I send to with InPost?
You can send to Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, and Italy. In all these countries, we have a network of Pick-up Points and Lockers so the recipient can collect their parcel with ease.
How long does an international shipment with InPost take?
The usual delivery time is 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country. Spain and France are usually the fastest, with deliveries in 2–4 days. For more distant countries like Poland, it can take 5–6 days.
What’s the maximum weight and size for international shipments?
You can send parcels up to 25 kg with maximum dimensions of 64x38x41 cm for Locker deliveries. For Pick-up Points, you can send up to 30 kg.
Do international shipments include insurance?
Yes. All shipments include basic insurance of €25 (VAT and shipping included) in case of loss or damage. If the content’s value is higher, you can purchase additional insurance tailored to your needs.
Can I send parcels to other countries without printing a label?
Yes. For international shipments, you can also use InPost’s QR system. You’ll receive the code by email after completing the payment, and you can drop it off at a Locker or Pick-up Point without needing a printer.
