Size and weight limits
For deliveries to a Locker or Ponto Pack in France: max. 64x38x41 cm and 30 kg. France accepts larger parcels than most other international InPost destinations.
Packaging tips
Use a sturdy cardboard box that fits the product snugly. Protect the contents with bubble wrap and seal all edges with strong packing tape. For international shipments, make sure the label is on a flat, visible surface without folds or damage.
How long does the recipient have to collect the parcel in France?
The recipient has 5 working days from notification to pick up the parcel. If not collected within this time, the parcel will be sent to InPost France’s central service for another 10 days before being returned to the sender.
Can I send from France to Portugal too?
Yes. InPost operates in both directions. If the recipient is in Portugal, the process is the same. Delivery will be made to our Ponto Pack or Locker network in Portugal.
