Size and weight limits
For Locker shipments, the maximum dimensions are 64x38x41 cm and 25 kg, or 30 kg for Punto Pack. Parcels exceeding these dimensions won’t be accepted in the InPost network.

Use a sturdy cardboard box that fits the product snugly. Protect the contents with bubble wrap and seal all edges with strong packing tape. For international shipments, make sure the label is on a flat, visible surface, free of folds or damage.

The recipient has 8 business days from notification to collect the parcel. After this period, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

Yes. InPost operates in both directions. If the recipient is in Spain, the process is the same. Delivery will be made to our Punto Pack or Locker network in Spain — home delivery from Spain is not available in this direction.
