For delivery or collection at Point Pack, the parcel can weigh up to 30 kg and its perimeter (length + width + height) must not exceed 150 cm. Additionally, the longest side must be less than or equal to 120 cm.

For delivery or collection at Locker, the maximum size allowed is 64x38x39 cm and 25 kg.

These dimensions also apply to parcels from Vinted.

Additionally, the minimum size for a parcel to be accepted in our network is the size of a label (20 cm x 15 cm). This applies to shipments within Spain and to the following countries: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal.

For parcels to Germany, the maximum length is 120 cm and the maximum weight is 25 kg.

For shipments to Italy or Poland, the minimum height of the parcel, including packaging, must be 191 mm; the maximum dimensions of the parcel (in mm), including packaging (height x width x length), must not exceed 39 x 38 x 64 (in cm), and the maximum weight must not exceed 25 kg.

How do I send a parcel using a Locker?

If you're sending a parcel, you have two options:

Sending with a label: Print and stick the label on your parcel, then go to one of our Lockers and follow the instructions on the screen.

Sending without a label: Take your parcel directly to one of our Lockers and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the shipment without needing a label. We’ll handle the rest. If you choose this option, it’s a good idea to write the order number on the outside of the parcel.

Keep in mind that the maximum size allowed in a Locker cannot exceed 60x40x30 cm or 20 kg. The selected compartment will open, and you can place the parcel inside. The parcel must fit without forcing the compartment; please don’t try to squeeze it in, as both the parcel and the compartment could be damaged.

Do you provide packaging and labels?

We do not provide packaging materials. You can print labels on white paper and stick them on the parcel or use a label holder. The label format is A4.

Now we offer a service where you can send your parcels without printing labels. If you prefer to print labels yourself, you can do so on regular white paper and stick them on your parcel or place them in a label holder.

What goods are prohibited?

All goods covered by national, European, and international regulations on dangerous goods (hazardous substances classified under the ADR agreement - Road Transport of Goods, classes 1 to 9) are prohibited, including, but not limited to, explosives, ammunition, gases, flammable materials, radioactive, toxic, or corrosive substances, and all items that, by their nature or packaging, could pose a danger to human health, transportation safety, the environment, vehicles, or damage other transported parcels.

It is prohibited to send goods that may soil, items contrary to labor legislation, and/or those that, by their nature or packaging, could harm InPost employees or damage InPost equipment.

Internationally, in addition to the elements covered by the mentioned restrictions, shipments requiring InPost to obtain a special license or authorization for transport, import, or export cannot be accepted.

How do I properly package my parcel?

You should use a closed, sufficiently large, and sturdy package capable of protecting the parcel's contents. The packaging and article protections must meet transportation requirements, industrial handling, and adhere to good packaging practices.

If the packaging is larger than the item it contains, we recommend filling empty spaces with crumpled paper or bubble wrap to secure the item in place and prevent movement during transport.

Can I place two or more parcels in the same Locker compartment?

No. When leaving a parcel in a Locker, each parcel must have its own unique label and be placed in separate compartments to avoid loss.

What proof of shipment will I receive when leaving my parcel at a Point Pack?

When you drop off your parcel at one of our Point Packs, the merchant will scan the barcode on your parcel's label, and shortly after, you’ll receive an admission confirmation email with a direct link to track your shipment.

What are the average delivery times?

InPost will do its best to deliver parcels within an average of 3 business days from receipt at the Point Pack | Locker in Portugal.

Similarly, for international deliveries to Point Pack | Locker or home (first delivery attempt), InPost will do its best to deliver parcels within an average of 3 to 6 business days depending on the destination.

I sent a parcel, and it was returned due to non-compliance. Why?

How are Point Pack | Locker locations sorted on the InPost website?

When searching for a Point Pack | Locker using the recipient's postal code, the list of points is displayed in ascending order of distance from the center of the entered postal code.

How should I pack and label a suitcase to send it with InPost?

If the customer decides to use the suitcase as the only packaging element, they will fully assume responsibility for any external damage that may occur during transport, including scratches, dents, breaks, or deterioration of wheels, handles, zippers, or other protruding elements.

To ensure suitcases arrive in perfect condition, we strongly recommend using transparent film or some shrink-wrap material that completely covers the suitcase’s surface, especially reinforcing the most exposed areas.

Additionally, it’s mandatory to correctly place the shipping label provided by InPost in a visible and securely adhered location. We also recommend including a supplementary label with the sender’s contact details (full name, phone number, and email address). The customer must ensure both labels are firmly attached and cannot come off during transport.
