Prohibited items
You cannot send dangerous goods, flammable substances, perishable items, live animals, cash, tobacco, or counterfeit products. Check the full list of restricted items in our general shipping terms.
Size and weight limits
For shipments to a Locker or Punto Pack in Poland: max. 64x38x41 cm and 25 kg.
Packaging tips
Use a sturdy cardboard box that fits the product snugly. Protect the contents with bubble wrap and seal all edges with strong packing tape. For international shipments, make sure the label is on a flat, visible surface without folds or damage.
How long does the recipient have to collect the parcel in Poland?
The recipient has 48 hours from the notification to pick up the parcel. If they don’t collect it within this time, the parcel will be sent to InPost Poland’s central service for another 10 days before being returned to the sender.
Can I send from Poland to Portugal too?
Yes. InPost operates in both directions. If the recipient is in Portugal, the process is the same. Delivery will be made to our Ponto Pack or Locker network in Portugal.
