What happens if my parcel exceeds the declared weight?
If the actual weight is higher than declared when creating the shipment, an additional fee will be applied for the difference. We recommend weighing your parcel before completing the process.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All rates on this page include VAT.
Can I get a discount if I ship a large volume?
Yes. If you have an online store or ship regularly, the Start Offer includes volume discounts from your very first shipment. Check out our business rates.
What are the maximum dimensions and weight per country?
For national shipments via Locker: max. 60x40x30 cm and 25 kg. At Point Pack: max. 120 cm on the longest side and 30 kg. For international shipments: max. 64x38x41 cm and 25 kg. Limits may vary depending on the destination country.
