The price depends on weight and dimensions. The cheapest option are deliveries to Lockers or a Ponto Pack. All prices include VAT and basic insurance coverage of €25.

Prohibited items
You can't send dangerous goods, flammable substances, perishable items, live animals, cash, tobacco, or counterfeit products. Check the full list of restricted items in our general shipping terms.
Size and weight limits
For Locker deliveries, the maximum dimensions are: 64x38x41 cm and 25 kg, or 30 kg for Ponto Pack. Packages exceeding these dimensions will not be accepted in the InPost network.
Packaging tips
Use a sturdy cardboard box that fits the product snugly. Protect the contents with bubble wrap and seal all edges with strong packing tape. For international shipments, make sure the label is on a flat, visible surface without folds or damage.
How long does the recipient have to collect the parcel in Germany?
The recipient has 8 business days from the notification to collect the package. After this period, the package may be returned to the sender.
