Where can I download the InPost app?
The InPost app is available for free on the App Store (iPhone and iPad) and Google Play (Android). Look for it as 'InPost – Track your parcel'.
Do I need to create an account to use the app?
It’s not mandatory. You can track your parcels by entering the tracking number without registering. However, if you create an account, all your deliveries will be organized in one place, and you’ll receive automatic notifications.
Can I track any InPost parcel from the App?
Yes. You can track any InPost delivery in real time, whether you’re the sender or the recipient. All you need is the tracking number, which you’ll find in the confirmation email.
How do I add a parcel to my tracking in the app?
Enter the tracking number in the app’s search bar. If you have an account, the parcel will be saved, and you can check it anytime without re-entering the number.
Can I search for nearby Lockers and Pickup Points from the App?
Yes. The app includes an interactive map with over 13,000 collection points in the Iberian Peninsula. If you have location services enabled, it will automatically show you the closest ones and their schedules.
Is the app secure? Is my data protected?
Yes. The InPost App complies with European data protection regulations (GDPR). Your personal data and delivery details are encrypted and secure.
