Compliance Status

INPOST PT is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Portuguese legislation: UNE-EN 301549:2022 and Decree-Law 83/2018, of October 19, as some content does not fully adhere to accessibility standards. The WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) criteria define the requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility. There are three levels of compliance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. At INPOST PT, we are aware that our digital service does not yet meet all WCAG criteria, and we continue to work towards providing our users with the best possible digital experience.

We are committed to following the WCAG 2.2 guidelines to ensure our digital content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

We have conducted accessibility audits and tests to identify and address accessibility barriers. Among the detected issues, we highlight some related to the following accessibility criteria:

• 3.3.7 Redundant input when requesting the same information from the user twice.
