Prepare your package
Choose the right-sized packaging, protect the contents, andnote the shipment IDor print and stick the label on the package.
3.
Drop it off at a Locker or Drop-Off Point
Check on our App or website for thenearest drop-off point(opens in a new tab), its address, and opening hours. Follow the instructions based on the type of point you choose.
4.
Your package is on its way
You'll receive a notification by email or SMS when your shipment is picked up by the recipient. Domestic deliveries in48–72h.

Choose the right box
Use a sturdy cardboard box as close as possible to the size of the product. The more fragile the item, the stronger the packaging should be.
Weigh your package
If sending under 5 kg, use a kitchen scale. For larger packages, weigh yourself with and without it, and calculate the difference.

Protect the contents
Use bubble wrap or newspaper to fill empty spaces. If sending multiple items, protect each one separately before placing them together.
Label it correctly
Stick the label on a flat, visible surface of the package. Make sure the barcode is not folded or damaged.You can also send without a label.(opens in a new tab)
