How does it work?

Create your shipment online
Enter the weight, dimensions, and recipient's address on our website. In just a few clicks, your label is ready.
2.
Prepare your package
Choose a sturdy box of the right size, protect the contents with bubble wrap if it's fragile, and seal it well with packing tape.
3.
Head to your nearest Locker
Scan the QR code or enter the PIN on the screen.
4.
Drop it off and close
The parcel is picked up. You can track its status anytime via the app.
5.
Your recipient gets notified.
You'll receive a code to collect it whenever it suits you.

Tips and tricks to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition
Choose the right box
Use a sturdy cardboard box as close as possible to the size of the product. The more fragile the item, the stronger the packaging should be.
Weigh your package
If sending under 5 kg, use a kitchen scale. For larger packages, weigh yourself with and without it, and calculate the difference.

Protect the contents
Use bubble wrap or newspaper to fill empty spaces. If sending multiple items, protect each one separately before placing them together.
Label it correctly
Stick the label on a flat, visible surface of the package. Make sure the barcode is not folded or damaged.
