How to sell on Vinted?
Sell like a pro using InPost

Activate InPost in your listing
When adding or editing your product on Vinted, enable the shipping option with InPost. Make sure the dimensions and weight are correct: Vinted will automatically check if they meet the limits.
2.
Prepare your package
Sturdy box, protective materials, and securely sealed. Follow the limits based on the chosen point.
3.
Receive the label or QR code
When the buyer confirms the purchase, you’ll be notified by email. You have 5 business days to drop off the parcel.
4.
Take the parcel to your InPost point
Locker or Drop-off Point—whichever suits you best.
5.
Ready. The rest is up to you.
The buyer gets notified and picks it up. Once they confirm delivery, you’ll receive a notification.

Tips and tricks to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition
Choose the right box
Use a sturdy cardboard box as close as possible to the size of the product. The more fragile the item, the stronger the packaging should be.
Weigh your package
If sending under 5 kg, use a kitchen scale. For larger packages, weigh yourself with and without it, and calculate the difference.

Protect the contents
Use bubble wrap or newspaper to fill empty spaces. If sending multiple items, protect each one separately before placing them together.
Label it correctly
Stick the label on a flat, visible surface of the package. Make sure the barcode is not folded or damaged.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the parcel exceeds the allowed dimensions?
The InPost point, whether Locker or Drop-off Point, won’t be able to accept it. The maximum allowed dimensions are 41 x 38 x 64 cm, and the maximum weight is 25 kg. Make sure to measure and weigh your parcel before heading to the drop-off point to avoid surprises.
What if I don’t drop off the parcel within 5 days?
The seller has 5 calendar days to drop off the parcel. If not done within this time, the sale is automatically canceled, and the buyer gets a refund. If the last day falls on a Saturday, the deadline moves to Monday; if it’s a Sunday, to Tuesday. Public holidays don’t affect the deadline. If you can’t deliver on time, it’s better to cancel the sale via the app before it expires.
When will I receive the payment for the sale?
Once InPost confirms delivery, the buyer has 48 hours to check if the product is correct. After this period without complaints, or if the buyer confirms earlier that everything is fine, the amount is automatically credited to the Vinted wallet. From there, it can be used for future purchases or transferred to a bank account.
Can I track my shipment from Vinted?
Yes. As soon as the seller ships the parcel, the buyer receives a notification with the tracking code and can check the shipment status anytime in the Vinted app or using InPost's tracking tool on the website or App.
