    Choose a sturdy box of the right size, protect the contents with bubble wrap if it's fragile, and seal it well with packing tape.

    Bring your parcel with the printed label or QR code on your phone

    Counter drop-off

    The person at the store scans it and gives you a receipt.

    Your recipient gets notified.

    The recipient will get a code to pick it up whenever it’s most convenient.

    Choose the right box

    Use a sturdy cardboard box as close as possible to the size of the product. The more fragile the item, the stronger the packaging should be.

    Weigh your package

    If sending under 5 kg, use a kitchen scale. For larger packages, weigh yourself with and without it, and calculate the difference.

    Protect the contents

    Use bubble wrap or newspaper to fill empty spaces. If sending multiple items, protect each one separately before placing them together.
