When you make a purchase on Vinted, the seller receives shipping instructions via email and in the app's inbox. The easiest option for users is to drop off the parcel at a Ponto Pack location. You’ll have 5 business days to print the label, stick it on the parcel, and drop it off at a Vinted drop-off point (a Ponto Pack in this case). It's also recommended to take a photo of the packaged parcel before sending it. You can ship with Vinted to other countries from Spain, regardless of your language. The shipping method is the same as locally: when selling or buying, you select the shipping method and choose the nearest Locker or Ponto Pack. The only difference is that the parcel will cross the border, so delivery might take a bit longer compared to domestic shipments.

With the prepaid shipping labels generated on Vinted for InPost, you can send and receive parcels from the following countries:

When making a purchase on Vinted, to collect a parcel at your nearest Vinted collection point, you should choose InPost - Ponto Pack as your collection method. Once you receive the notification that it’s ready for pickup, head to the location with your ID so the Ponto Pack staff can verify the recipient.

If what you received wasn’t what you expected, the first thing to do is contact the seller. You should photograph the parcel's contents and send it to the seller as proof. Vinted will keep your money safe until a solution is reached.

Vinted users can only make a return if the product doesn’t match the description regarding its condition or size. If that’s the case, log into your Vinted account and start the return process. Select a Ponto Pack as your return method and locate your nearest Vinted Ponto Pack to drop off the parcel after printing the return label. Keep in mind that you can request a refund once the parcel status shows as 'delivered' and within a maximum of two days.
