What is a Locker?

A Locker is a smart locker where you can pick up your parcel without needing assistance. Instead of going to a counter, the entire process takes place on the Locker screen: simply enter the PIN or let the machine read the QR code, and the compartment will open so you can collect the parcel. How do automatic parcel pickup points work?

Lockers work in a very simple way: when the parcel arrives, it is stored in the locker and you are sent an alert so you can pick it up.

What to do

1. Check the shipment tracking to get an estimate of when the parcel will arrive at the Locker.
2. When it is ready for pickup, you will receive the “available for collection” alert with the PIN or QR you will need.
3. Check which Locker is indicated in the message or in the app.
4. On the screen, enter the PIN or QR.
