How to make returns on Shein? A complete guide

How do you request a return on Shein?

To start the return, you just need to log in to your Shein account, go to the “My Orders” section, choose the items to return, and specify the reason. This last step is important, as it allows Shein to understand how to improve the shopping experience for you and for other customers.

Returns, for most new items, can be requested within 30 days after you have received the order.

Returning a Shein order through InPost

To use the InPost pickup point network to make your return, you just need to select the desired Ponto Pack or Locker on the screen that shows the different return options.

Recently, we have made the whole process even more convenient by eliminating the need to print the label, simply generating a QR code on Shein before taking the parcel to a Ponto Pack. Some precautions to take

Ensuring a successful return starts with the packaging: check that the package is the original packaging in which the items arrived and that they are in good condition, as you received them.

We also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the requirements and conditions of Shein's return policy, which will facilitate a smoother process without surprises.

Free return conditions

The return has no cost, provided there is only one return associated with an order, that is, only one parcel is returned. Therefore, if you receive an order consisting of several items, it makes sense to wait and see which, if any, you want to return.

If you make the return in parts, the first will be free, but for the following ones 4.5€ will be deducted from the refund.

Which items cannot be returned on Shein?

Shein establishes exceptions in its return policy, for cleanliness reasons and to ensure the good condition of the items: underwear and beauty products are not accepted. This helps ensure that all the products you receive meet an appropriate standard of quality and hygiene.

What is the refund process with Shein like?

After the return has been received and processed, Shein will initiate the refund. The process generally takes about 5 business days, but we recommend that you review the specific return policy applicable to your case on Shein's page, for precise details. You can choose the refund method, either through the original payment method or through the Shein Wallet.
