Ponto Pack are small street businesses (florists, kiosks, stationery shops, etc.) that, for their part, collaborate with InPost and provide the parcel drop-off and collection service.

If you have made an online purchase and selected Ponto Pack to collect your parcel, just go there and present a PIN code along with your ID. The merchant will look for your parcel in stock to hand it to you on the spot.

If what you want is to send something via Ponto Pack, the procedure is very similar: you must prepare your shipment, weigh it and pack it properly, print and attach the label, and take it to the drop-off point. The merchant will verify all the details, scan the barcode, and you will immediately receive an email informing you about the acceptance of your parcel into our network. This means that your shipment has passed the first stage on its way to its recipient!

How should I prepare the parcel to send it via Ponto Pack?

Sending a parcel via Ponto Pack is very simple, since most of the process can be done online, from your home or anywhere with Internet access.

After packing and protecting your parcel well, it is necessary to weigh and measure the parcel. The maximum weight for shipments via InPost is 30 kilos and the allowed length is 120 cm. In addition, the sum of the length, height, and width cannot exceed 150 cm, which is important to check to ensure that we can carry out the shipment.

The next step would be to enter the InPost website and log in with your account. If you have not created one yet, you can do so here. Then, you would go to the Send shipment section and fill in all the information requested by the system.

By entering your postal code in the Delivery method section, you will receive a series of Ponto Pack near your home, although you can also choose another one, close to the recipient's workplace or place of study.

After selecting the drop-off point, the button Validate shipment, which will allow you to access the payment method and, once completed, download your label. There is something very important to bear in mind: you must download, print, and attach the label to your parcel. There is some confusion, because some Ponto Pack, almost always photocopy shops, offer this service as an option, but usually they do not.

To avoid misunderstandings and not having to make several trips, we recommend that you print the label and attach it properly to your parcel. We recommend using glue and reinforcing it with transparent tape to prevent it from falling off during the journey.
