How to select InPost for your Tradeinn orders?
In your shopping cart, you'll find different shipping options. Choose the option 'Delivery to a pick-up point.' The shipping cost and estimated delivery date will appear automatically.
In the next step of your Tradeinn shopping experience, you'll see the option to select the nearest Locker or Point based on the postal code you provide. Once selected, you can proceed with payment.
When Tradeinn ships your order, you'll receive an email with tracking information to follow your order's status.
What is the shipping cost for Tradeinn orders with InPost?
The shipping cost depends on the volume and weight of the selected products, as well as the destination country. The price updates in the shopping cart as you add items. The minimum shipping cost is €1.99. Currently, Tradeinn does not offer free shipping.
How can I return my Tradeinn order with InPost?
In your Tradeinn account, you'll find the option to return products by going directly to the order you wish to process for return.
After doing so, you'll receive your return label via email. If you're returning within Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), you can choose one of our Lockers or Points, with a return cost of €4.99.
