How to select InPost for your Lookiero orders?
When subscribing on the Lookiero website, on the shipping method selection screen, you’ll need to choose the delivery to a pickup point option(Locker or InPost Punto Pack)(opens in a new tab).
To select your pickup point, simply enter your postal code and choose the one that suits you best.
Enjoy full flexibility to pick up your parcel at the time and place that works best for you.
You decide when and where to pick up your parcel. Choose a Locker available 24/7 or a Punto Pack that fits your routine. You'll find all the schedule details when selecting your location.
What is the cost of Lookiero deliveries with InPost?
The Lookiero delivery and return service is free. You'll receive your Lookiero box according to your subscription, allowing you to keep the items you love and return the ones you don’t.
How can I return items from my Lookiero subscription with InPost?
Lookiero offers you the option to make returns. According to Lookiero’s terms and conditions, you have 5 business days from receiving your box to decide which items you want to keep and which to return.
To do this, fill out the online return form and follow the provided instructions. Make sure the items are in perfect condition, unused, and with all original tags. Choose the Locker or Punto Pack that’s most convenient for you and drop off the package with the label provided.
