How to select InPost for your JustFab orders?
Once you’ve decided what you want to buy on JustFab, you’ll have the option to choose between different delivery methods depending on the delivery area, purchase time, and stock availability.
One of the options you can choose during the checkout process is delivery to a pick-up point, known at InPost asParcel Point | Locker(opens in a new tab)Simply, when finalizing your order, on the delivery method screen, select Punto Pack or Locker and enter your postal code to find the nearest point.
What is the cost of JustFab deliveries with InPost?
If your order exceeds €39, delivery to a Locker or Punto Pack is completely free. For purchases under €39, the delivery cost to a Punto Pack is €3.95.
How can I return my Justfab order with InPost?
You can exchange or return your purchases; with JustFab, you have up to 60 days from the receipt of your order.
If you need to exchange or return a product, you can contact JustFab’s Customer Support by sending an email or calling 931 845 877 and providing your order number. The customer support team will give you a return authorization number (RMA), and you’ll receive a Punto Pack return label via email.
Once you receive the label, you can download it from the Order History tab in the My Account section. Print the label, stick it on the package, and drop it off at a Punto Pack or Locker near you.
When JustFab receives the package and confirms it’s in perfect condition, they’ll proceed with the refund, credit return, or send a new product in case of an exchange.
