How to select InPost for your Freshly orders?
Before completing your Freshly order, choose the delivery option to a pick-up point. Enter your city and postal code. A list of available Parcel Lockers and Points in that area will appear.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive an SMS when it's ready for collection at your chosen pick-up point. Remember to check the opening hours before heading there. If you chose a Parcel Locker, you can collect your order 24/7. Super simple!
What is the cost of Freshly deliveries with InPost?
Delivery to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands is free in all cases, regardless of your order value.
How can I return my Freshly order with InPost?
Freshly offers a simple and convenient return process through InPost. To make a return, visit Freshly's returns page on their website and fill out the corresponding form. Take it to an InPost Parcel Locker or Point.
Once the package is received, Freshly will process your return and issue the corresponding refund.Exchanges and returns are always free, except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. In these cases, you can choose to send the return at your own cost through InPost. For additional exchanges or returns within the same order, starting from the second exchange or return, a fee of €3 will be applied and deducted from the refund amount. In the case of an exchange, the fee will be charged at the time of processing.
