In Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands only), shipping to Lockers and Parcel Points is free for orders over €49, except for specific products you can check in theonline terms and conditions of Deporvillage.(opens in a new tab).
If your purchase is under €49, the shipping cost to Lockers and Parcel Points is €4.99.
How to make returns to Deporvillage with InPost?
To make a return via Locker or Parcel Point with Deporvillage, log in to your account, select the order you want to return and the items you'd like to send back, indicate the reason for the return, choose the pick-up point option, and confirm the return.
Next, prepare the items to be returned in their original packaging and labeling. Take them to a Locker or Parcel Point to send them back.
Once Deporvillage receives the return, they will check everything is in order and process a refund to the original payment method. Keep in mind that refunds may take 10 to 15 business days. If you'd like to exchange for a different size or product, you'll need to place a new order.
