How does it work?
1.
Your parcel arrives at the point
The courier drops your parcel at the Locker or Ponto Pack you selected during checkout. You'll get a notification as soon as it's ready.
2.
We notify you right away
We’ll send you an email and/or SMS with your 6-digit PIN and the exact address of the collection point. You can also find it in the InPost app.
3.
Head over whenever you like
Lockers are available 24/7. Ponto Packs follow business hours, so check their schedule before heading out to avoid a wasted trip.
4.
Pick up your parcel
At the Locker: enter your PIN on the screen, and the locker will open automatically. At the Ponto Pack: show your PIN to the staff.
